You can provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to take delivery.
UK Mainland orders are usually processed the same day and should arrive within three to five business days of despatch.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us by telephone on 0796 218 7731 within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund any delivery charges to you that are incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of notification.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please inform us by letter, fax or email within the time period if you wish to cancel the order.( All purchases returned must be in the condition we sent them out.) You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as long as the goods are not faulty or do not comply with the contract.
Every effort is made to ensure that the goods are packed correctly using suitable packaging materials. as a result we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged en-route after they leave our premises.
Please always remember to telephone us on 0796 218 7731 before any goods are returned for either a refund or a replacement so that we can ensure that your problem is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Payments
Payments may be made by cheque/ postal order or credit and debit cards via paypal or paypal account. You do not have to have a paypal account to use credit/debit cards using this facility. Paypal is a quick and secure method of payment. Goods will not be dispatched until payments have cleared.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to make themselves aware of any additional charges their bank or credit card company may make on their accounts when buying from us. Most banks and card companies will charge a fee to change a payment
into GBP and will use their own exchange rate which may not be as good as that given by Beauty Direct.
Damages and Errors
Please check your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages or shortages within 5 working days of your order being received.
Please retain and keep all packaging materials used for inspection by Royal Mail.
Tax Charges
For all UK orders a VAT charge of 15% is included in the advertised purchase price.
